As Kentucky’s Co-CEOs for economic development, Terry Gill and Vivek Sarin work in tandem to recruit new industries to Kentucky and to facilitate the growth of existing industries and small businesses.

Both are business executives, not politicians, chosen to encourage growth while eliminating red tape. Their efforts have resulted in record investments and new jobs announced in Kentucky.

Terry is the former CEO of several companies and also has worked to increase the number of high potential early and second round stage companies in the Louisville area. Vivek had led several manufacturing, engineering, logistics and professional services companies. Both men live in Louisville. Terry and his wife Elizabeth have two adult children. Vivek and his wife, Amy, have four children, including 17-year-old triplets.
